I was tasked by Ferrari of Salt Lake City to design a customer appreciation gift geared toward reactivating customers. The objective here was to send out a gift that is useful, luxurious, and informative to our customers about new models available to them. Knowing that this was going to be an extremely limited run (only 75 pieces total), we pulled all the stops to give a truly memorable experience aimed to match the experience they should expect as a patron of Ferrari of Salt Lake City.
Each package contained a red and black Ferrari baseball hat, as well as a custom brochure showcasing the Ferrari to which they would be eligible to upgrade.
The hats were secured in the package by a custom foil-stamped insert. The brochures were digitally printed and given a soft touch coating, and inserted into a custom sleeve for an upscale presentation.
Much like Ferrari vehicles themselves, there was nothing cookie-cutter about this project. Each piece was custom-built to fit and went through several rounds of revisions and tweaks to make sure every detail was covered. Even though it was a limited run of 75 pieces, we took the packaging to press to match Ferrari's signature Pantone 485, as well as to achieve the tactile carbon fiber texture printed on the base of the box.
